How long will it take?

The Counselling process should have a beginning, middle and end. The relationship between you and your counsellor plays a vital role in that process.

Engaging in counselling is an individual process that needs to be given as much or as little time required for you to fully explore, identify areas of concern and feel confident that genuine change can be made and maintained independently.
